At Happy Planner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new planner or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
